HMSI conducts Road Safety Awareness Campaign in Aizawl

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has extended its National Road Safety Awareness Campaign to Aizawl, highlighting its commitment to promoting safe riding in India. Road safety holds global significance for Honda. In a three-days event held at Govt. T Romana College, Aizawl, HMSI reached out to more than 1200 college students and staff members to raise awareness about safe riding practices.

 The company’s road safety instructors utilized age-appropriate road safety learning programs to ensure that road safety awareness is effectively retained among all participants. HMSI has educated nearly 50,000 adults and children in the North-East region since its inception, promoting responsible road usage and safe riding habits.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India is committed to promoting road safety globally, with a goal of zero traffic collision fatalities involving Honda motorcycles and automobiles by 2050. To achieve this, Honda aims to instill a positive mindset about road safety in children by 2030 and continue to educate them. Teaching road safety in schools and colleges is not only about education but also public safety and social responsibility, empowering future generations to contribute to a safer society.
