Hyatt rolls out dining rewards campaign across India and Southwest Asia

Hyatt India & Southwest Asia has launched its new food and beverage campaign, “Made With Love. Served With Rewards.”, offering World of Hyatt members double reward points on eligible dining spend at participating Hyatt restaurants and bars across India and Southwest Asia from August 1 to September 30, 2026.

The campaign comes amid growing demand for regular restaurant dining. Citing a 2025 Rakuten Insight survey, Hyatt said 54% of respondents across the region dine out several times a week or more, reflecting a shift towards making restaurant visits part of everyday life rather than limiting them to special occasions.

Under the offer, World of Hyatt members will earn 2X points on eligible dine-in and takeaway transactions with a minimum spend of US$10 or its local currency equivalent. Members can accumulate up to 30,000 points during the campaign, redeemable for up to five standard room nights at a Category 1 hotel or dining and spa awards worth up to US$370 at participating locations worldwide, with no hotel stay required.

Tammy Ng, Vice President of Brand & Marketing, Hyatt Asia Pacific, said the campaign celebrates the craftsmanship, authentic ingredients and hospitality that define Hyatt’s dining experiences while giving members more reasons to return.

In Kolkata, the campaign is expected to strengthen Hyatt’s appeal among the city’s growing base of business travellers, corporate diners and affluent families, where premium dining and loyalty programmes are increasingly influencing consumer choices. With Kolkata witnessing steady demand for hotel-based restaurants, the double-points offer could help Hyatt attract repeat local diners alongside hotel guests during the promotional period.
