ICC ODI World Cup 2023 which held in India was actually very successful as it was viewed by everyone. As we know India actually performed brilliantly in whole tournament and only in final they lost against Australia. Actually everyone was expecting that India will win the World Cup but since they lost in final it actually make little disappointment among people. After watching Indian team loss against Australia former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav said that India would have won the World Cup if the match was held in Lucknow and not in Gujarat. We don’t know how much it would have work if the match played in different venue but he had said that “The team would have received blessings from a lot of people. They would have received blessings from Lord Vishnu as stadium’s name is Ekana.”
In total Australia had won many ODI World Cup as they are among the best team in the world. India have won two ODI World Cup earlier and they are also among best team in world but this time people had huge expectation as from little difference they lost the match. Still we should not get upset from it as in future many matches are going to come and India will play good in it. May be playing in Lucknow will be successful as Indian team will receive blessings from lot of people of Lucknow.
