You can maintain your lung health in several ways. Some lifestyle changes that ensure better health for your lungs and overall body are explained below :

You can exercise regularly to improve the condition of your lungs. Exercise maintains the condition of your lungs, just as it does for your body. When you exercise, the heart beats faster, and it means the lungs work harder. To feed your muscles, your body needs extra oxygen. To deliver that oxygen, your lungs work harder, exhaling more carbon dioxide.
