In celebration of the upcoming Durga Puja Councillor Dilip Barman distributed clothes to 40 SMC employees from his ward

In a remarkable initiative, Councillor Dilip Barman of Siliguri’s Ward No. 46 recently distributed clothes to 40 SMC employees from his ward in celebration of the upcoming Durga Puja. Actually Durga Puja is the largest festival in West Bengal, where it has been a tradition for individuals to wear new clothes while visiting various puja pandals. However, many families actually face financial challenges preventing them from affording new garments during the festivity.

In alignment with the issue, Councillor Barman provided new clothes and bonuses to the employees of Ward 46. This is very good thing and it actually shows kindness to the needy people. In fact Durga Puja is very special occasion to all people and everyone is very happy during this time. Actually people should do this kind of things and it not only helps poor people but also show their generosity. Right now people are very busy and preparing for this Durga Puja to have lots of fun.
