India sends humanitarian aid to Palestine after catastrophic hospital attack in Gaza killed over 500

The war between Israel and Hamas has entered to its 16th day leading to the destruction of the live of people. The death toll of Gaza rose to 4,651.

The catastrophic attack on Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza has led to the death of hundreds of Palestinian. However, Israel has denied its hand behind bombing, while the Palestinians have held it responsible.

On Sunday, India has sent an IAF flight C-17 to El-Arish airport in Egypt, carrying around 6.5 tonnes of medical aid and 32 tonnes of disaster relief material for Palestine. 

As per the statement of Ministry of External Affairs, the relief material consists of important life-saving medicines, surgical items, tarpaulins, sanitary utilities, tents, water purification tablets and sleeping bags among other necessary items.
