Hindus in Bangladesh are being attacked during Durga Puja celebrations, India has expressed it’s serious concern into the matter urging the Bangladeshi government to protect the Hindu minorities.
A crown was also being theft from Jeshoreshwari Kali temple in Satkhira, in Bangladesh. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) condemned the situation.
The MEA in a statement said, “We call upon the Government of Bangladesh to ensure the safety and security of Hindus and all minorities and their places of worship, especially during this auspicious festival time.”
However, attacks record against Hindu minorities in Bangladesh has been increasing since the violence hit.
