Kamal Haasan admitted to Chennai hospital

On Wednesday night Actor and Makkal Nidhi Mayam chief Kamal Haasan (68) was admitted to Sri Ramachandra Hospital in Chennai, according to the report of ANI. Haasan, who is known for his great acting and charismatic personality, complained of fever, following which he was admitted to the hospital.

While the hospital is yet to release an official statement, Indian Express sources said the veteran actor was admitted for a routine check-up and is likely to be discharged on Thursday.

Kamal Haasan is currently working on his upcoming cinema ‘Indian 2’. He is also hosting the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ in Tamil’. He also has ‘KH234’ and its official trailer was released recently. He was last seen in ‘Vikram 2’, which hits theaters in June 2022.

Haasan is also busy with party work ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
