Kingfisher brings Oktoberfest fever to India with ‘Mug It Up!’ campaign across 40+ cities

Kingfisher, India’s iconic beer brand, is all set to bring the Oktoberfest spirit to Indian shores with its ‘Kingfisher Oktoberfest – Mug It Up!’ campaign. This nationwide celebration spans over 40 cities and will showcase a unique blend of German tradition and local flair.

The flagship event, Kingfisher OctoBeer Fest, will be held in Bengaluru on October 19-20, headlined by popular artists like Jasleen Royal and Raftaar. The two-day festival promises an immersive experience with a Bavarian-style beer garden, food pop-ups, exclusive merchandise, and much more.

As part of the ‘Mug It Up!’ campaign, Kingfisher will also be featured at Oktoberfest celebrations in cities like Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Goa, bringing engaging consumer activations and traditional Bavarian vibes.

From a Kolkata perspective, the city’s beer lovers can look forward to Kingfisher’s participation in several local events and beer gardens, where the Oktoberfest spirit will meet the vibrant culture of Kolkata. Special beer-infused food pairings and interactive setups are expected to attract large crowds across the city.
