Kisna jewellery chief visits Itanagar, three other Northeast cities to strengthen retail network

Kisna Diamond and Gold Jewellery Founder and Managing Director Ghanshyambhai Dholakia visited showrooms in four Northeastern cities — Jorhat, Dibrugarh, North Lakhimpur and Itanagar — to strengthen business relationships with local partners and assess the brand’s regional presence.

Accompanied by his team, Dholakia visited the stores and interacted with business associates and their families, who welcomed the delegation in accordance with local cultural traditions. Hitom Dutta hosted the team in Jorhat, Vikas Agarwal in Dibrugarh, Syed Hussain Ahmed in North Lakhimpur and Bingia Rape in Itanagar.

The visits provided an opportunity to assess showroom operations, understand consumer reach and recognise the contributions of regional partners towards the brand’s growth.

Praising the region’s natural beauty and hospitality, Dholakia said meeting business partners and their families was a memorable experience. He emphasised Kisna’s commitment to making diamond and gold jewellery part of customers’ special occasions and celebrations.

In Itanagar, the visit highlights the potential importance of local partnerships in expanding organised jewellery retail in Arunachal Pradesh’s capital. Familiarity with regional preferences and customer relationships could help the brand strengthen its presence in the market.

Kisna said it aims to expand its reach across Northeast India through partnerships with local businesses, focusing on product quality, customer trust and long-term commercial relationships.
