Ladakh reported four new Covid infections in a day, taking the total number of cases in the union territory to 28,543.
All the new cases were reported from Leh. Also, 6 people have recovered from the disease and been discharged from a hospital in Leh. The total number of covid recoveries is 28,190.
As per reports, 228 people have died of COVID-19 in Ladakh, including 168 in Leh and 60 in Kargil, they said.
A total of 174 samples were tested for COVID-19 in Ladakh, including 145 in Leh and 25 in Kargil, they said.
