Lt Gen P C Nair praises Arunachal Pradesh women’s Football team’s spirit

The women’s football team of Arunachal Pradesh emerged victorious in the inaugural Sentinels Cup 2024, triumphing over the Assam Rifles team in a thrilling final match that went into extra time. The championship game not only showcased exceptional skill but also highlighted the determination of both competing teams. Lt Gen P C Nair, Director General of Assam Rifles, lauded the Arunachal Pradesh team for their spirited and energetic performance throughout the tournament. Organized by Assam Rifles, the tournament aimed to promote women’s football across the northeastern region of India.
