Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) has launched the Mahindra ZEO, a pioneering electric small commercial vehicle (SCV) aimed at transforming the sub-2-tonne logistics sector. With an attractive starting price of ₹7.52 lakh, the ZEO features a state-of-the-art 300+ V high-voltage architecture, ensuring superior energy efficiency and a real-world driving range of 160 km. The vehicle’s advanced 30 kW motor delivers 114 Nm of torque, while its liquid-cooled 21.3 kWh battery meets stringent AIS038 safety standards.
Notably, the ZEO’s regenerative braking system enhances its driving range, and fast-charging capabilities allow users to gain 100 km in just 60 minutes. Equipped with smart features like Hill Hold Assist and advanced ADAS safety technologies, the ZEO prioritizes both performance and safety.
In Howrah, the Mahindra ZEO is poised to revolutionize last-mile deliveries, providing businesses with an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional diesel vehicles. With a payload capacity of 765 kg and potential savings of up to ₹7 lakh over seven years, the ZEO promises to streamline operations for local logistics firms, meeting the increasing demand for efficient urban transportation.
