MakeMyTrip’s myBiz partners with Swiggy to simplify corporate meal expenses

myBiz, the SaaS-based corporate booking platform from MakeMyTrip, has partnered with Swiggy to streamline meal expense management for corporate travelers across India. The collaboration introduces the “Bill to Company” feature under Swiggy for Work, allowing employees to order meals and dine out without personal expense outlays. Over 2.6 lakh restaurants across 720+ cities are available for delivery, while 40,000+ Swiggy Dineout partner restaurants in 50+ cities cater to dine-in options.

The unified workflow integrates directly with corporate wallets, automatically capturing transactions in company expense systems for real-time finance visibility and policy compliance. Employees only need one-time corporate ID authorization to begin using the service. Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, said the initiative eliminates complexity in business meal management, while Swiggy CEO Rohit Kapoor emphasized its potential to save time and reduce reimbursement hassles.

In Kolkata, the partnership has been well received by corporates, with employees in IT hubs and business districts increasingly using Swiggy for Work to manage lunches, dinner meetings, and deliveries across the city. The convenience of cashless billing and access to a wide variety of local and international cuisines has made it a preferred choice among Kolkata’s corporate workforce. With over 75,000 corporates already onboard, the initiative promises to make corporate travel more seamless, combining travel and meal expense management in one tech-driven ecosystem.
