Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign bike rally on Monday at Hapta Kangjeibung, in the presence of State Home Minister, K.Govindas Singh, Minister, Kh. Loken Singh, MLAs and senior officials of the state government.
Taking to social media, the Chief Minister said the initiative is a high-visibility mobile campaign to promote national pride, unity, and public participation in the Independence Day celebrations.
“Connecting communities directly with the national flag as part of the broader Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign,the bike rally will foster patriotism and unity, building deep emotional bonds between citizens and the national flag. It is a moving symbol of national integration across diverse regions,” the Chief Minister said.
Notably, the Chief Minister had taken part in thr Har Ghar Tiranga Rally on Sunday together with party karyakartas and supporters from Singjamei Chingamakha to Singjamei Yumnam Leikai, Yumjao Lairembi with an appeal to all citizens to bring the Indian national flag home and hoist it.
“As citizens of India,we should love each other and stand united as reminded by the three colours Tiranga. It is noteworthy to stress that all the communities have safeguarded the interests of Manipur as testified by History. We should stand united and strive for Viksit Bharat and Viksit Manipur, 2047,” he stated.
