Marriott Bonvoy partners with Swiggy to turn everyday orders into travel rewards

Marriott Bonvoy, the award-winning travel programme of Marriott International, has partnered with Swiggy to allow members to earn travel rewards through everyday transactions on the food delivery and quick commerce platform. The strategic collaboration enables members with linked accounts to earn Marriott Bonvoy points while using Swiggy’s services, including food delivery, Instamart, and Dineout. Under the partnership, users can earn five Marriott Bonvoy points for every ₹500 spent across Swiggy offerings, allowing them to accumulate points not only during travel but also through daily activities such as ordering meals, dining out, or shopping for groceries.

Marriott Bonvoy Elite members across tiers—Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador—will also receive a complimentary Swiggy One membership, which provides benefits such as free deliveries and exclusive discounts across food delivery, quick commerce and dining services.

John Toomey, Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific excluding China at Marriott International, said the partnership brings loyalty benefits into everyday life. “With Swiggy, we are turning daily spend into future travel and making Marriott Bonvoy more immediate and relevant,” he said. Swiggy Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer Phani Kishan Addepalli said the collaboration allows users to convert everyday convenience into global travel benefits.
