Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has launched the Epic New Swift S-CNG, offering an impressive fuel efficiency of 32.85 km/kg, making it the most fuel-efficient hatchback in its segment. The Swift S-CNG comes in three variants: V, V(O), and Z, all equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. This new model continues the Swift’s sporty legacy with a bold design and a Z-series Dual VVT engine that delivers maximum torque of 101.8 Nm @ 2900 rpm.
Agartalais expected to show strong demand for the Swift S-CNG, as the region has seen a growing preference for fuel-efficient, eco-friendly vehicles. The availability of CNG refueling infrastructure has further boosted the appeal of such models.
According to MSIL, the Swift S-CNG has already sold 67,000 units within four months of its initial launch, signaling a strong market reception. Maruti Suzuki continues to lead in CNG vehicle offerings with a total of 14 models.
