In a significant event, Mizoram Governor General Vijay Kumar Singh inaugurated the NCC Group Headquarters in Aizawl at the Mizoram University Auditorium. The Governor emphasized the importance of this milestone for the state and the NCC’s role in instilling discipline among youth. He highlighted the organization’s contributions to community service, disaster response, and patriotism, urging cadets to adhere to their motto of “Unity & Discipline.” The Governor expressed hopes for a growth in NCC activities and adventure tourism participation. The ceremony included the presentation of a commemorative “My Stamp” and a documentary on the NCC’s history in Mizoram.
