Four individuals, including a Myanmarese national, were arrested near the Indo-Myanmar border in Mizoram, with drugs valued at Rs 31 crore. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), in collaboration with the State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) Mizoram and State Excise and Narcotics Department, conducted the operations, resulting in the seizure of 36.434 kg of methamphetamine and 905 grams of heroin. The NCB encourages citizens to report narcotics-related information confidentially through the MANAS Helpline (toll-free: 1933).
