October, 2018: Commercial Vehicle Business Unit division of Tata Motors observes National Customer Care Day on 23 October every year to commemorate the day the company got its first customer. On this day, Tata Motors expresses gratitude to customers every year and initiates a nation-wide free service camp ‘Grahak Seva Mahotsav’ for all Tata commercial vehicle owners. This initiative will take place across more than 1500 Tata Motors workshops between October 23 and 29 this year. At the service camps, owners of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles can avail attractive discounts on spare parts, labour and Profile Engine purchases. Tata Motors will also organise Grahak Samvaad campaign from 24 October to 31 October.
