Nothing expands service network in India ahead of festive season

London-based tech brand Nothing, India’s fastest-growing smartphone company, has announced a major expansion of its service centre network ahead of the festive season. The brand, which saw a remarkable 567% growth in H1 2024, aims to enhance customer support nationwide.

Nothing India will open two new exclusive service centres in Hyderabad and Chennai in October, bringing the total to five.The priority desks in Kolkata and Gurgaon are already operational and new priority desks are coming up in Cochin, Ahmedabad and Lucknow.

This expansion aims to provide seamless and efficient service, with pickup and drop options available across 18,000 pin codes.Kolkata is a key focus in this expansion, with the newly operational priority desk ensuring quicker, more efficient customer support in the region. As Nothing’s offline presence grows from 2,000 to 7,000 outlets across India, the brand continues to strengthen its market position.
