Pakistani terrorists are deliberately targeting Kashmiri locals to instill fear and terror in the valley: Army. The two slain army jawans were identified as Rifleman Qaiser Ahmed Shah and Rifleman Jeeban Singh and the civilian porters were Mushtaq Chowdhury and Zahoor Ahmed Mir.
