PAN Health expands manufacturing and product portfolio to tap India’s growing hygiene market

PAN Health is stepping up investments in manufacturing and product innovation as it seeks to capture rising demand in India’s fast-growing personal hygiene market. The company, which operates flagship brands Little Angel, Everteen and Liberty, is expanding its offerings across baby care, women’s hygiene and adult care while reinforcing its commitment to the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.

At the centre of its growth strategy is its Rajkot, Gujarat-based manufacturing facility, which the company describes as India’s largest for disposable personal hygiene products. Spread across more than 30 acres with over 700,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing infrastructure, the plant produces over 3.7 billion hygiene products annually and is supported by advanced automation, globally recognised quality certifications and modern research and development capabilities. PAN Health is also broadening the Little Angel portfolio beyond diapers and wipes into premium baby feeding and bath care products, while expanding Everteen with premium sanitary pads, period panties, panty liners and other hygiene solutions. CEO and Managing Director Chirag Pan said the company remains focused on delivering affordable, high-quality products while strengthening India’s position as a global manufacturing hub. PAN Health also continues to drive hygiene awareness through initiatives such as Smile Matters, Period Ki Pathshala and sanitary pad distribution programmes.

In Kolkata, industry participants see eastern India emerging as a key growth region for the personal hygiene sector, supported by rising health awareness, premiumisation and higher spending on baby and women’s care products. PAN Health’s manufacturing-led expansion and wider product portfolio are expected to enhance product availability, improve supply-chain efficiency and strengthen competition across the region, positioning the company to benefit from sustained demand in one of India’s fastest-growing consumer markets.
