Even though it is 11 am, the teachers are not in the school. Parthapratim Roy, former district president of Cooch Behar District Trinamool Congress and chairman of North Bengal State Transport Corporation, expressed concern when he reached Dham AP School in Basgir, Dinhatar, as part of Didir Doot program. Parthapratim complained to the SI about not finding any teachers in the school.
Partha Pratim Roy said that he went to the school to talk to the teachers during Didi’s ambassador program, but after 11 o’clock he found that even though there were students in the school, not one of the four teachers of the school was present. He said the residents of the village are also complaining about the same situation every day. Every day teachers come late to school.
