PM Narendra Modi on 11th of December 2022 inaugurated Phase I of the Nagpur Metro rail project and buy a ticket to have a drive on the Metro from Freedom Park to Khapri. During his journey, the PM was observed communicating with students and travellers.
Narendra Modi also laid the foundation stone of Phase- II of the rail project, which will be established at a cost of more than Rs 6700 crore.
Earlier today, PM marked the beginning of the sixth Vande Bharat Express that will operate between Maharashtra’s Nagpur and Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the project for pollution abatement of river Nag at Nagpur.
