The GreenPro Certification highlights the product’s eco-friendly credentials across its lifecycle, from sourcing to disposal. Polycab Green Wire+ is manufactured using 99.97% pure copper, is lead-free, flame-resistant, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 90°C. The wires also offer low smoke and low toxic fume emission, higher current-carrying capacity, and built-in protection against rodents, moisture, and abrasion. Compliance with REACH and RoHS standards ensures reduced environmental and health impact, making it suitable for both residential and commercial projects.
In Asansol, early market feedback indicates strong interest from construction companies and developers seeking sustainable electrical solutions. Local distributors report a growing demand for certified, high-performance wires, driven by the city’s expanding residential and commercial infrastructure projects.
