On Wednesday Rahul Dravid’s contract as India head coach was extended. Actually India has played four major tournaments under Rahul Dravid guidance since he took over as head coach after T20 World Cup 2021. First India finished as semi finalists in T20 World Cup 2022 and then India finished runners up in 2023 ICC World Test Championship. After this India won Asia Cup and finished as runner up in World Cup 2023. Actually this is very right decision to extend contract of Rahul Dravid as Indian cricket team have improved a lot under his guidance.
Today Indian cricket team is one of the best cricket team in the world as they play beautifully in different matches. Not only in India but all around the world they have huge fan. In reality if you see Rahul Dravid have huge credit for it as under his guidance India is playing amazing. Actually from beginning as player to head coach he is very good sportsman and team India is very much depended on him. It can be easily said that under him Indian cricket team is going to play even better in the coming matches and this decision is very right.
