Rajbanshi festival begins at Dinhata

The two-day-long Rajbanshi festival began at Dinhata. The event started on Monday at Dinhata Saghati Maidan on the initiative of Panchanan Anugomi Manch. North Bengal Development Minister Udayan Guha inaugurated the program by lighting a lamp. On this day, before the start of the event, a colorful procession started from the town’s Solidarity Maidan and circumambulates various routes. After the procession, the program was inaugurated.
Partha Pratim Roy, chairman of North Bengal State Transport Corporation, Gauri Shankar Maheshwari, chairman of Dinhata Municipality, Sabir Saha Chowdhury, vice chairman, Vivekananda Roy Singh, president of the organizing organization, Trinamool leader Bishu Dhar, Ashok Roy etc. were present in this event.
