Ranbir and Sai Pallavi to start Ramayana shoot in March

For Ranbir Kapoor, things have been on fire since the release of Sandeep Reddy Bhangar’s Animal. The film became not only his biggest hit but also the highest grossing A-rated film in Indian cinema. Late at night, a Twitter user met the actor at the airport who revealed to him that his next film is going to be Ramayanand which should start in the summer of 2024.

And now more details about the shooting schedule of the awaited film are coming.

Ranbir Kapoor will visit DNEG’s VFX offices in LA early next year as part of the pre-production process for “Ramayan”. In January 2024, he will engage in technical exercises, which are expected to last several weeks, focusing primarily on pre-visualization. According to a report in Pinkvilla, it is being suggested that the world of Ramayana is created by the Oscar-winning VFX company, DNEG, which is spearheading the production of this epic. The makers aim to pioneer innovative filmmaking techniques, which have already undergone extensive testing with the three leads of Ranveer, Sai Pallavi and Yash.

Ramayan will be a trilogy, with the first part focusing on Ram and Sita with the role of Hanuman, while the second part will feature Yash as Ravana and the third part will be a battle between good and evil.
