RCB captain Faf du Plessis gave advice to young cricketers before IPL

The IPL is going to start from the third week of March. Each team is preparing in their own way. RCB captain Faf du Plessis gave advice to young cricketers before IPL. He said, they should learn something from Virat Kohli’s fitness. Their cricket life will be better. He thinks so.

While Kohli never led RCB to win a trophy during his captaincy, he brought about a change in the team in terms of fitness. Now whoever joins that team is fit. Duplessis himself is quite fit at this age. He advised young cricketers to follow that.

Duplessi said, “Kohli is amazing. Hardworking and incredibly fit. That’s how it should be to last long in today’s sport. Kohli is a great example for everyone.” According to Duplessy, success is not only about talent, but also about fitness. Says, “The younger generation may think that talent will trump talent. Yes, many are talented. But for long-term success, the body must be ready to fight as long as possible. Fitness is very important for him.”
