Reach to Teach Foundation partners with SCERT Arunachal Pradesh  to launch a month-long Board Examination training program

Reach to Teach Foundation conducted a month-long training program for teachers in Class X and XII in Government schools in Arunachal Pradesh. The training aimed to familiarize teachers with the Examinations and Beyond Tool Kit, designed by Reach to Teach to support the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in improving children’s performance in the Xth and XIIth Board examinations.

The training was part of a three-year program aimed at strengthening teaching and learning outcomes in the state. In September and October, a series of trainings were conducted across 26 districts, training 239 teachers in Maths, 227 in Science, 191 in English in class X and 49 in Maths, 40 in Physics, 40 in Chemistry, and 38 In Biology in class XII.

The Hon’ble Minister of Education, Er. TabaTedir, launched a training programme in the presence of Shri AmjadTak, Commissioner of Education, Shri PigeLigu, Secretary Education, Mr. Manoranjan Nayak, Executive Director of Reach to Teach Foundation, and other senior officials from the Education Department and Reach to Teach Foundation. Ratna Viswanathan, Chair of the Board, Reach to Teach Foundation said, “We have created a toolkit focusing on learning by the child as a whole while providing the necessary emotional support required at the time of exams.”
