Delhi Customs Preventive has seized 12.22 lakh illegally imported foreign origin cigarettes worth 2 crore rupees, the Ministry of Finance said on Sunday. Actually cigarettes of brands including Davidoff, Mond, Dunhill, Platinum Seven and Gudang Garam were seized, the ministry stated. In fact officials searched two shops and three godowns in Delhi as part of the investigation. This is actually bad news as this type of illegal activity is going on and effecting people life badly.
Actually smoking cigarettes is very bad for people health and we need to control it. Although strict rules are made by government so that it get controlled but still smoking is very serious issue and need to be solved. In fact this type of activity can be very harmful to our society especially for youth and for this reason we should be strict against it. We should not tolerate this type of activity and take immediate action when we find anything suspicious.
