Recently opener Pathum Nissanka on Friday became the first Sri Lankan cricketer to smash a double hundred in ODI cricket. The 25-year old scored 210* (139) against Afghanistan in the first ODI in Pallekele. Actually it is also the first ever double hundred by a Sri Lankan in List A cricket. In fact Nissanka slammed 20 fours and 8 sixes in his knock. This is actually very good thing as Sri Lankan cricketers are performing well and making records to become better.
