JLR India achieved three consecutive quarters of record sales, selling 3,582 units and experiencing a remarkable 93% of year-on-year (YoY) growth, with Range Rover and Defender leading with YoY increases of 250% and 150%, respectively, contributing to over 75% of the current order book.
JLR India experienced a 74% YoY growth in Q3 of FY24, with retail sales of 1,226 units. The newly launched 24MY Range Rover Velar showcased an outstanding YoY growth of 183%in the quarter, significantly bolstering sales in the period.
The order book at Q3 FY24’s end showed a 92% YoY growth, covering over eight months of sales and showing consistent monthly increases. JLR’s certified pre-owned business grew by 74% YTD versus the same period last year, reflecting the growing demand and the equity of JLR brands in India.
