Shreyas Talpade is stable after Angioplasty: Report

Actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday and is currently recovering at a hospital in Mumbai. The actor underwent angioplasty on Thursday, an official at the medical facility said, news agency PTI reported. Sharing an update on Mr Talpade’s health, an official told PTI, “He was brought to the hospital last evening and underwent an angioplasty last night. He’s fine. He is in the ICU. According to reports, Shreyas Talpade returned home on Thursday after shooting for his upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle.

Meanwhile, a family member of the actor said that Shreyas Talpade is recovering and requested the media to maintain confidentiality. “He is doing well. He is doing better. We request you to give us our privacy,” PTI quoted the family member as saying.

Shreyas Talpade has acted in Hindi as well as Marathi films and is best known for his roles in films like Iqbal, Door, Om Shanti Om, Welcome to Sajjanpur, Housefull 2 ​​and Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal series of comedy films.
