Sibal in response to Rahul’s comments about the UK: Criticizing the government, whether domestically or overseas, does not constitute being disloyal

The Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said on Wednesday that criticising the government, whether at home or abroad, is a citizen’s right and does not constitute criticising India or being disloyal, amid a political uproar over Rahul Gandhi’s “democracy under threat” comments made in the UK.
Gandhi’s comments during his recent visit to the UK have shocked Parliament, and on the first three days of the budget session’s second half, neither House was able to complete any substantial activity
