At least 23 people die for landslide in Mexico City’s Metro Overpass

An improved section of the Mexico City Metro collapsed sending a metro that sank toward a busy boulevard late Monday night, City officials said at least 23 people were killed and 700 injured. Rescuers searched for a car hanging from the overpass for hours, fearing someone might still be trapped. Earlier, Shinebaum said someone was pulled alive from a car stuck on the road below. Pakistani Rangers violated the ceasefire by opening fire along the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district on Monday, a senior BSF officer said. Three prisoners escape from Patiala Central Jail late Tuesday night.

Three prisoners, including one, sentenced to 22 years in prison in 2010 in connection with the murder of a woman in 2009 in West London and who was shifted to India in November 2018 from United Kingdom, escaped from Patiala Central Jail late Tuesday night.
