An improved section of the Mexico City Metro collapsed sending a metro that sank toward a busy boulevard late Monday night, City officials said at least 23 people were killed and 700 injured. Rescuers searched for a car hanging from the overpass for hours, fearing someone might still be trapped. Earlier, Shinebaum said someone was pulled alive from a car stuck on the road below. Pakistani Rangers violated the ceasefire by opening fire along the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district on Monday, a senior BSF officer said.
