Dead body found in VIP room of BJP office, Assam

On Tuesday, 43-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the Cachar district BJP office in Assam. According to the investigation by the Police, the dead body is identified as Sudhangshu Das, was found dead inside the VIP room of the office located in the Itkhola area of Silchar town. President Murmu’s final assent on EC’s delimitation

On Wednesday, August 16, President Droupadi Murmu gave her final nod to the Election Commission’s final delimitation order on the parliamentary and assembly constituencies in Assam. On August 11, final delimitation was published by Election Commission for 14 parliamentary and 14 assembly constituencies in Assam. Assam Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said, “Despite serious questions raised by the Supreme Court in the ongoing case is another example of BJP’s brute authoritarianism. The BJP also wants to exclude CJI from selecting ECs in the new bill.” According to the Assam Congress leaders, the Election Commission’s delimitation have targeted oppositions seat.

Manipur Police lodge FIR against Assam Rifles

Assam Police starts fitness test for the personals

On Wednesday, Assam Police started 15 days fitness survey for the forces of all ranks to have strong, fit personals till future, Assam. Sources said, the test took place at 4th Assam Police Battalion in Guwahati for the first of fitness surveys across 36 locations. Few days ago news was covered about a 12 years old boy of Madrasa was murdered and beheaded in Cachar district, connected to the case Police also started investigation. According to the sources, Assam Police picked teachers and Warden of the Madrasa for interrogations on Sunday. Assam Police stated from the investigations, “After quizzing the teacher the whole night, we found that his role in the incident was doubtful. So, we arrested him. Madrasa teachers and students detained for murder case

On Sunday, a 12 years old student’s body was found beheaded inside the Darus Salam Hafizia madrasa room at Cachar district, Assam. According to the sources, the deceased is identified as Rabijul Hussain. The 12 years old boy was seen last during night hours after dinner we went to sleep and the next day the boy’s body was found beheaded. Further, after police investigation three teachers and 20 students who were housemates of Hussain were detained and currently the madrasa has been cordoned off.
