The injured youth has been identified as Joy Burman of Shanti Nagar. According to reports, this shocking incident came to light at Tukaria turn in Naxalbari late on Tuesday night. After this incident, accused thief Arpan Darji was arrested. According to reports, Kalimpong police station had received a complaint of theft of a civic volunteer's scooter.
