Matigara police have arrested three additional suspects in connection with the theft of advertisement banners and hoardings from traffic signal posts due to drug addiction. The arrested persons have been identified as MD Karim, Appu Siddiqui and Awadh Kishore, who owns a scrap shop.According to reports, a gang of criminals stole hoardings and banners put up in front of a mall in Matigara to support their drug habits.
