Shooter Avani Lekhara created history as she became the first Indian woman to win a gold medal at the Paralympics, finishing on top in women’s 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 at the Tokyo Games on Monday. India's Vinod Kumar won bronze in the men's F -51/52 discus throw at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics on Sunday, with an Asian record throw of 19.91m.
