STIHL India successfully concluded its landmark West-to-East “Parivartan Yatra” with a grand closing ceremony in Itanagar, marking the culmination of an extraordinary nationwide journey aimed at promoting farm mechanization and modern agricultural practices. The yatra was flagged off from Dwarka, Gujarat, and over the course of the journey covered 9 states, travelled more than 15,000 kilometres, and connected with over 10,000 farmers across the country. The initiative served as a powerful platform to engage directly with farmers, demonstrate advanced mechanized solutions, and spread awareness about the latest technologies transforming modern farming. The Parivartan Yatra was conceptualized by STIHL India with the objective of accelerating mechanization in Indian agriculture, improving productivity, and reducing manual effort through innovative, reliable, and efficient farming equipment. Live product demonstrations, farmer interactions, and on-ground knowledge-sharing sessions formed the core of the initiative.
