Suprabhat ITI, a premium industrial training institute in Borhapjan, DoomDooma, has announced the ‘Suprabhat Scholarship Programme’ for its upcoming batch of ITI students in 2023. The program will support merit students eligible under different scholarship slabs, with a special offer slab for female students. The scholarships will be offered for all trades, including Electricians, Welder and Fitter, Computer operators, and Program Assistant (COPA). The scholarship program offers both need-based and merit-based scholarships to ensure quality vocational education at affordable prices.
This announcement comes at a time when the Niti Aayog released its study on ITIs called ‘Transforming Industrial Training Institutes’, a comprehensive set of recommendations to transform it for the better. The course curriculum is NCVT recognized and includes practical classes, virtual learning, on-job training, projects and assignments. The placement cell is set up to assist students in finding jobs as per their performance and industry requirements.
