With Sushmita Sen returning to narrate the story of her character Aarya in the web series of the same name, we hear the actor attended workshops to prepare for this edition of the acclaimed franchise.
A source close to the team told Mid-Day, “A huge set is being built at Aspire Bungalow in Madh Island, where major portions of the show will be shot. Sushmita has been doing preparations for the past few months, and the show will now go on floors on Monday, with the entire star cast in attendance.”
The third version of the show is about Sen handing over power to Aarya, a mother who wants to protect her family and joins a mafia gang to avenge her husband’s murder. The first season starring Sikandar Kher received an International Emmy Award nomination for Best Drama Series.
