Taneira bets on festive demand with nationwide season sale on handcrafted ethnic wear

Tata Group’s ethnic wear brand Taneira has launched its nationwide Season Sale, offering discounts of up to 40 per cent on select handcrafted sarees and up to 50 per cent on kurtas and kurta sets, as the retailer looks to tap rising consumer spending ahead of the wedding and festive season.

The sale, which began on July 1, is available across Taneira’s retail stores and online platform. Encircle loyalty programme members can also avail an additional 5 per cent discount during the first five days of the campaign, enhancing value for repeat customers.

The promotional campaign spans an extensive portfolio of handcrafted sarees sourced from India’s renowned weaving clusters, including Kanjeevarams, Banarasis, South Silks, Tussars, Jamdanis, Sambalpuris, Ikats, Chanderis, Maheshwaris and Kota Dorias. Customers can also shop from a curated range of kurtas, kurta sets, blouses and unstitched ensembles crafted from pure and natural fabrics for weddings, festivals and special occasions.

Taneira said its pure silk sarees are certified with the Silk Mark, while select collections also carry Zari Certification, reinforcing the brand’s focus on authenticity and quality. “At Taneira, every creation is rooted in India’s rich textile heritage and crafted with authenticity.
