Taneira rolls out first-ever 40% discount offer, riding high on 30% FY25 growth

Taneira, the ethnic wear brand from the TATA Group, has announced its first-ever nationwide sale with discounts of up to 40% across its extensive portfolio of sarees, festive lehengas, unstitched kurta sets, and ready-to-wear collections. This milestone move follows an impressive ~30% growth in FY25, and a strong start to FY26, driven by heightened wedding and festive shopping sentiment.

The limited-period offer is available across Taneira’s 80 stores in 41 cities, as the brand aims to position itself as the premier destination for handcrafted ethnic wear made from pure and natural fabrics. “This is the first time we’re offering such wide-ranging discounts. It’s our way of making authentic Indian craftsmanship more accessible,” said Somprabh Kumar Singh, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. In Bilaspur, the Taneira showroom at Magnetto Mall, Vaishali Nagar, has seen a notable uptick in footfall. Local shoppers have shown strong interest in the curated festive edits and premium handloom collections, particularly the Kanjeevarams and Maheshwaris, as they prepare early for the upcoming festive season.

With the Weavershala initiative and a growing retail footprint, Taneira continues to weave tradition with contemporary appeal in India’s dynamic apparel market.
