Tata introduces iCNG with voice-assisted electric sunroof

Tata Motors, India’s top automobile manufacturer, has updated its CNG lineup with upgraded Tiago and Tigor iCNG, as well as the new Punch iCNG, showcasing its twin cylinder technology. The twin-cylinder technology that debuted with the Altroz iCNG in May this year, has received an astounding response for the disruption it has created in the segment – enabling CNG vehicles to provide their customers with a non-compromised boot space, best-in-class features and a superior drive experience.

The Punch iCNG is a 5-Star Global NCAP adult safety vehicle with advanced safety features, built on the ALFA Architecture platform. It features voice-assisted electric sunroof, front seat armrest, USB C Type charger, and a Shark fin antenna. The car also has an intuitive infotainment system, automatic projector headlamps, LED DRLs, diamond cut alloy wheels, and a 7″ infotainment system. The powerful 1.2L Revotron Engine with iCNG Technology delivers superior power and torque.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Vinay Pant, Head-Marketing, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., said: “I am confident that these introductions put together will make our CNG line up appealing, holistic and stronger than ever.”
