Tata Motors Limited reported a 32 per cent year-on-year growth in commercial vehicle sales in February 2026, with total sales in domestic and international markets reaching 42,940 units compared to 32,533 units in February 2025. The company said heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) truck sales rose to 13,559 units in February 2026 from 9,892 units in February 2025, registering a growth of 37.1 per cent. Sales of ILMCV trucks stood at 7,577 units compared to 5,652 units last year, marking a rise of 34.1 per cent. Passenger carrier sales increased to 5,548 units from 4,355 units, recording a growth of 27.4 per cent.
Sales in the SCV cargo and pickup segment stood at 14,209 units against 10,898 units in February 2025, reflecting a growth of 30.4 per cent. Domestic sales rose to 40,893 units from 30,797 units a year earlier, registering a 32.8 per cent increase, while international business recorded sales of 2,047 units compared to 1,736 units, up 17.9 per cent. Domestic sales of MH&ICV in February 2026 stood at 21,423 units compared to 15,940 units in February 2025, reflecting a 34.4 per cent growth. Meanwhile, domestic and international sales for MH&ICV reached 22,512 units in February 2026 against 16,693 units a year earlier, registering a growth of 34.9 per cent.

Its equity shares have been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited since November 12, 2025.
