Tata Motors introduces a comprehensive customer engagement program called ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched a comprehensive customer engagement program called ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’, scheduled to take place from January 14th to March 30th, 2024, at all authorized service outlets. The Customer Care Mahotsav will provide a platform for fleet owners and truck drivers to engage and understand their needs.

 It offers benefits like vehicle check-ups by trained technicians, discounts on Tata Genuine Parts, and value-added services like Annual Maintenance Contract, Fleet Management Solutions, and Fleet Edge. Drivers will receive comprehensive training on safe driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits, and value propositions under the SampoornaSeva 2.0 initiative.

Tata Motors’ SampoornaSeva 2.0 is a comprehensive care package that covers all aspects of a vehicle’s lifecycle, including breakdown assistance, guaranteed turnaround time, annual maintenance contracts, and access to genuine spare parts.
