Tata Motors has launched its nationwide “Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,” a pan-India engagement program aimed at enhancing the after-sales experience for commercial vehicle customers. The event, which runs from 23rd October to 24th December 2024, is being hosted at over 2,500 authorized service outlets across the country, offering a range of benefits to fleet owners and drivers.
The Customer Care Mahotsav provides customers with comprehensive vehicle check-ups conducted by trained technicians, alongside access to Tata Motors’ value-added services. Drivers will also receive specialized training in safe and fuel-efficient driving, as part of the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, which is designed to support all aspects of the vehicle lifecycle—from purchase to post-purchase services.
