The High Court again issued a stay order on the appointment of Upper Primary in the interview

The Calcutta High Court has again stayed the recruitment process of the upper primary. A division bench of the High Court passed the verdict on Tuesday. According to the division bench, the interview process will continue. But no one can be hired right now.

A division bench of High Court Justice Subrata Talukder and Justice Saugat Bhattacharya on Tuesday ruled that the commission could conduct interviews as directed by the single bench. A merit list has to be created after the completion of the whole interview process. But the commission will not be able to issue any appointment letter now. That process will take place only after the order of the court.

The division bench further said that the commission would create a database. That database will contain the numbers obtained by the candidates and the interview numbers. The information will have to be submitted to the court later.
